Initial Site Visit
During the customer walk through, our team reviews all items that will be moved. We go from office to office, room to room, including storerooms, closets and kitchens. We then provide a comprehensive quote.
Pre-Move Meetings
Our moving experts will teach your staff how to pack their belongings and complete labels. We’ll also address expectations leading up to move so everyone is informed and confident.
Crate Delivery & Packing
We provide E-CRATES, quickset, boxes and all necessary packing/crating materials a week prior to your move.
Complete the Move
McCoy Rockford’s project managers communicate throughout the whole process and they are onsite during the move.
Close Out
Our team comes back a week later to pick up moving equipment. At this time we also complete a customer walk through to ensure satisfaction.
