Once identified, you’ll review different layouts that maximize your real estate and meet your staff’s needs. After that, the physical reconfiguration begins. Our trained and skilled labor team works in tandem with any interior construction and collaborates with you and your general contractor for seamless communication.

McCoy Rockford views projects with our clients as a partnership. As the project evolves, we are intentional in understanding the project schedule, site access, product specifications and risks. These considerations are built into our proposals and schedules, reducing the need for change orders that can cause project delays.


McCoy Rockford holds monthly safety meetings for our staff, an additional monthly meeting for Installation Supervisors and daily toolbox meetings, as well as completing JSAs at each jobsite (which are reviewed in the toolbox meetings before any work begins). Additionally, our crews maintain standard PPE regardless of our client’s requirements and we expand the PPE as required by client’s site specifics.


McCoy Rockford uses rate benchmarking from two third-party resources and labor estimating software, allowing us to maintain the competitive edge.


McCoy Rockford has the ability to utilize full in-house staff for installations or blended models which may include: trusted and proven contractors or unskilled labor, in addition to our in-house staff, to maintain control and drive down costs without losing sight of safety, schedule or quality.
