Nick Ndah brings more than two decades of operational leadership and construction management experience to McCoy Rockford. As Vice President of Construction, he oversees cross-functional teams, drives project excellence and leads initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
Nick has a strong track record of delivering operational results at scale. He has managed high-performing teams across multi-market territories and improved performance across key metrics including gross margin, cycle time and customer retention. His experience spans commercial interiors, construction and SaaS environments, with a consistent focus on strategic planning, vendor and partner management, as well as culture-driven leadership.
Prior to joining McCoy Rockford, Nick held senior leadership roles at Pono Builders, Amherst and Management Controls, Inc., where he led large-scale construction operations, launched service divisions and drove business transformation across national markets. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
Nick is known for building collaborative, people-focused teams and believes that strong culture is the foundation of strong performance. He currently serves on the boards of Camp for All and the B13 Foundation and brings a service-first mindset to every partnership.
