He has served in numerous leadership roles, including a 16-year tenure as the Director of Facilities for a Fortune 500 company’s real estate department, where he oversaw the Southwest region’s operations, and founding the Caprock Group in Houston, Texas, which specialized in project management and real estate services for the corporate interiors sector. 

As the CEO, Mike is responsible for leading strategic decisions, setting the company’s direction and ensuring McCoy Rockford’s success across industries. He works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business strategies and drive growth.
