Elise Johns is a senior operations executive with over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. Prior to joining McCoy Rockford in 2026, she served as the Operations Manager at Texas Wilson, where she built and led a high-performing operations team known for delivering complex projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

Her background spans both large and mid-size dealerships, giving her a well-rounded perspective on scaling operations while maintaining service excellence. Elise has led major high-visibility projects — including the delivery of 2,000+ workstations for MasterCard’s campus —and is recognized for her strong project management, organization and attention to detail.

As Executive Vice President of Operations and CSC/Account Coordinators, Elise will oversee installation teams, warehouse operations, service, project management and CSC staff. Her collaborative and results-driven leadership style ensures alignment, accountability and continuous improvement across all functions.
