McCoy Rockford is open for business and will continue to serve our clients in the best way possible. We care deeply about our people, our customers and the community. With that in mind, we do believe that it is important to help slow the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to run our business.

For the next 60 days, we will take the following precautions:

  • We are open for business and will be maintaining normal business hours. The majority of our team members have been given the option to work remotely beginning March 18th. Everyone is set up to be fully functional at home and we look forward to continuing to support our clients in any way.
  • Both Austin and Houston showroom visits will be by appointment only. We are limiting the number of visits and will serve groups of 10 or less. All visitors will be asked to self-declare that they have not been to a list of restricted countries, that they have not been in contact with anyone affected by COVID-19 and that they do not have cold or flu-like symptoms. Those answering yes to any of those questions will be asked to postpone their visit. Please contact your McCoy Rockford team member or visit our website to schedule your appointment.
  • We are maintaining our installation and service teams to actively support our clients’ business needs. We are continuously monitoring our safety measures and installation protocols have been implemented to align with our clients’ directives and overall needs for the safety of our team members.

We will continue to watch the situation closely and will make adjustments as needed. McCoy Rockford is doing our best to help flatten the curve.
