McCoy Rockford has two employee committees. PeopleLink — also known as the “fun committee” — is responsible for planning employee events that bring us together as a company. We’re talking happy hours to volunteer opportunities to employee recognition. This group ensures our company isn’t all work and no play.
The Employee Advisory Committee (EAC) is responsible for facilitating the exchange of ideas and information and communicating ways to enhance employee satisfaction and work effectiveness between employees and the Executive Leadership. The group meets quarterly to provide advice and recommendations on current and future levels of engagement, employee programs and benefits throughout the organization.
