Tammy Poe is an accomplished executive leader with more than 37 years of experience in the commercial furniture and interior design industry.

Throughout her career, she has led sales, marketing and design teams with a strong focus on workplace strategy, customer engagement and design excellence. NCIDQ certified and a professional member of IIDA, Tammy holds a BFA in Interior Design from North Texas State University.

Known for her ability to connect strategy to execution, Tammy brings deep expertise in dealer transition leadership, operational alignment and cross-functional collaboration. She has built a reputation for clear, trusted communication and for developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship, while consistently driving measurable growth and enhancing the customer experience.

In her role as Executive Dealer Transition Advisor, Tammy will support leadership alignment across McCoy Rockford, helping ensure continuity across sales, marketing and design functions. She will focus on strengthening collaboration, aligning resources across markets, and reinforcing best practices to drive consistency, growth and exceptional outcomes for customers.
